Our History
In 1985 the Villari family opened what was soon to become a neighborhood gem. Located in Sicklerville, NJ, Villari’s Lakeside has been serving paramount quality Italian cuisine for almost three decades. When Joe and Nick Abbate took over operations in January 2001, they were determined to maintain everything that everyone has grown to love about the restaurant while still improving and modernizing everything from the atmosphere to the plate. The menu, while it still maintains the classics that made the restaurant famous, has grown to include delicious fare with a more Sicilian flair. Every room in the building has been restored since the Abbate brothers took over operations, as well as the addition of a beautiful patio overlooking the lake.

The Experience
Time has proven Villari’s Lakeside to be a haven for regulars. It is simply one of those places where good food and a beautiful atmosphere combined with a comforting vibe and a friendly staff create a dining experience that is nearly impossible to experience just once. This is also due to the fact that the restaurant is incredibly versatile; relax with a wrap and a cocktail at the chic bar, soak in the sun on their stone patio that overlooks the pristine lake, party the night away at the high-energy Tiki Bar or dine in true elegance in their gorgeous Stratford Room.
